New Patients:
Please call our office to schedule a new patient appointment. We offer both in-office and telehealth visits. Our goal is to safely see you as soon as possible in a format that is comfortable for you. Our office collects a nonrefundable Paperwork Processing Fee of $40 when you make a new patient appointment. This is applied to the patient responsibility portion of your new patient office visit.
